Windows .exe Optifine not working

I downloaded this one
Preview OptiFine HD B2 Ultra for Minecraft 1.4.6 and 1.4.7

Installed it via the launcher, as a jar tab.

Now, when trying to enter my SP world, i get to Building Terrain, but no further.
The program is responding, its not loading only

What is wrong?

try the D5 version it was the last version for 1.4.7
