Windows .exe Optifine. Missing 3rd Person Item in hand

Has anyone else seen or had this issue. When i use Optifine i cannot see what other players are holding in their hands nor can i see what is in mine in 3rd person.

This is using FTB Ultimate using the standard latest version of Optifine.

If anyone knows a fix, can you let me know please.

Yeah I have the same issue. And microblocks are flickering like mad when trying to place them.

This is a bug with the version of Gregtech in the modpack, which causes this to happen when Optifine is installed.

Thanks Hobby. Its not a game crushing issue but still annoying none the less. hope there will be some kind of fix

Fix is to update Gregtech manually if it bothers you so much :) Of course in SMP server, its more hassle if there is lotsa players, until Ultimate pack is updated by FTB...
