Optifine for direwolf20?

I am currently using the Optifine 1.6.4 Standard C6 version to play on Direwolf20 Modpack V1.0.23 1.6.4
I have used this version of optifine for every modded pack I have ever used and it has worked fine, However I have noticed that for some reason due to optifine the ethereal bloom plant from thaumcraft has become a clear texture, the boundary of the plant is showing but it is asif the plant isnt actually there, I know optifine is not really supposed to be used with mod packs but I was wondering if there was any other versions of optifine I could use that would prevent this problem?

Don't use Optifine.

Use optifine D1 the creator actually started fixing optfine, in 1.7 the D1 branch is actually COMPATIBLE with mods.

I can confirm that the D1 version of Optifine for 1.6.4 also works reasonably well. There are still some small issues (like minor z-fighting issues here and there) but mostly it works pretty well. But don't use the Ultra version. Just the standard version is best.

I have used D1 and even though the "ethereal bloom" still doesnt show it still works alot better, thankyou!
