Summary of the problem Optifine crashes the client upon startup

Pack Version 1.0.0

What is the bug? Once i added Optifine to the pack it kept crashing upon each startup

Mod & Version Optifine 1.10.2 HD U C1-3

Is it repeatable? Yes upon each startup of the pack

Known Fix Removing Optifine

I read that the mod that causes it is extra utils 2 and if you downgrade it it will work again.

Optifine is 100% NOT compatible with the current Hermit's pack.

Optifine just had an update. I can get HermitPack 1.1.0 working with it fine.

Hey! Yeah, I've experienced issues. Mostly with CPU hitting 100% and MC locking up when trying to change optifine options, or searching in Just Enough Items (which I'm assuming is the NEI replacement).

Do you know why Optifine currently doesn't work?
