Opens up Vanilla MC instead of FTB

When I open FTB using my High Performance Nvidia Graphics Card it opens up vanilla Minecraft instead, but when I open it regularly it opens FTB. I need to use my other graphics card or I lag really badly. Can someone help me?

It doesnt even make a log, just opens up the vanilla minecraft login screen.​

Every time you open the launcher a log is created.

Open your launcher.
Select the Options Tab.
Make sure the box next to Show Console is checked.
Close your launcher.
Open your launcher.
At this time the console will also open.
Copy the contents of the console onto pastebin.com

If you are opening the FTB launcher, and it does not launch, that is a different problem.

The only way for you to get a vanilla launcher after clicking the FTB .exe is if you changed the .exe file path to the wrong shortcut.

This is highly unlikely.

So how can I fix it? I tried the Jar and it wouldnt let me use my other card

You probably screwed up the way your NVIDIA card reads the game, and I have no idea how to fix that.
