OP Ore Gen Mods

Im a bit of a lazy person and I hate early game FTB, I've been looking for a good ore gen mod that will creates tons and tons of ores but I cant seem to find any that will work with FTB, anyone know any good ones?

Similar to Lordlunder, I don't have a precise answer to your question, but I can mention that some mods have rather OP mining capabilities, such as RotaryCraft if you're willing to learn that mod. It has a "quarry" that runs horizontally, and therefore forever.

Cofh core would have this functionally I do believe, just requires editing some configs/json.

I love how everyone is suggesting mid to late game solutions for an early game quandary. I hear BigDig makes ore gen ridiculous, never used it though, can't really vouch for its quality.
If you are prepared to do some config diving you can tweak COFH cores ore distribution generation. Also if your pack uses Dense Ores you can tweak the likely hood dense ord spawns. I think you can also specify yeild too, don't quote me on that though.

Other then getting other mods or fiddling with configs, (TiCo must be present) I'll trying to get my first 4 blocks of metal and make myself a tool forge.

Then make myself a hammer and go branch mining.

You can use "Custom Ore Generation", and just move a slider for ore multiplier from 1 up to 5 -- that would give you 5 times as much ore if you use vanilla clusters, or ... just tons of very large veins if you use the veins system.
