Only Spawning Cave Worlds [Ultimate 1.4.7]

For some reason, I can't seem to spawn anything but cave worlds, in Mystcraft.

As a test, I wrote a descriptive book with nothing but void world page... and I get a cave world.

Then, wrote another descriptive book with nothing but the native biome controller page... and I get another cave world.

I haven't changed any settings or config files. Am I doing something wrong?

Mystcraft is very weird right now, and I think there is a bug that causes ssp ages to be nothing like the pages that you put on them, AFAIK.
