Summary of the problem Only adverging 10 ticks per second with 4gb ram

What is the bug? So I started a server with a few friends (3) and I have dedicated 4 gb of ram to the server but yet I am only averaging 10 ticks instead of the normal 20. I was able to run the 2.5.3 with no issues so I am curious as to what might be causing this and would help me fix it....

Please if you have any help be as simple as possible because I am new to this and will appreciate it greatly

Ps: I keep getting alerts about skipping ticks
