Problem One player on joining crashes server

So about 50% of the time when i join a server i play on i crash it. the paste bin is

im on a separate age from overworld, BUT the admins and the owner have their own ages and they get no errors. Any help would be wonderful... i dont like the new nick of "Server killer"
