Once A Pack is Denied, Can It Be Accepted?

So I just recently had my unlisted public pack denied, and I was told to remove one of the mods. Now that I have done so, can my pack now be accepted, or will I have to resubmit it? And if it can be accepted, how long will I have to wait for it to be seen by a 3rd party pack team member? Thank you in advance for any responses!

Resubmit the file with the mod removed, and wait for a member to approve it.
It will go into their backlog like any other submitted pack.
