Omnia server issues

  • Tech Support section is for getting help with FTB related problems. If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

Hello, i've been trying for some hours to get the omnia server up and running for mew and my friend to play. But it just wont work. When I try running the forge client it takes a bit for it to open and when it does it's like its running at 1fps. I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong here. Why is there a forge and a normal minecraft client to open. If I open the normal minecraft client with my ip address in the server properties I can connect to my servers but it has no mods loaded and says incompatible vanilla server. The forge client doesn't even work.Yes the EULA is set to true. Help?

Re-install the server, don't start anything and share start.bat using https://paste.feed-the-beast.com

You should not start the server by manually using any of the jar-files, the start.bat should start the server for you.

I'll do it after work but now that you're online. I run the start bat before anything and it just says yes or no for the eula. I type yes and it creates a eula file that says true. When I try opening the bat again it just asked the same thing and closes as soon as I type in yes. Any idea just from that info?

Yes I suspect that the start.bat is missing information on the last line.

And as you started the server using the jar-files manually the world generated might be broken, that's why I suggest the re-install and then only use start.bat - and share the start.bat file if it fails, so it can be confirmed.

I did what you said, when I just use start.bat it just opens to ask for eula, I type yes and it closes, no log folder is created. attached is when my start bat looks like inside
Edit: I changed the text "server" inside the bat file to "forge-1.15.2-31.2.33" and it created a log file here
