Windows .exe Old issue solved, new issue found!

I originally had the issue of the launcher not downloading the mods, This was corrected when I deleted everything and downloaded the launcher again in a new place.

Now I'm getting a black screen after the mojang sign, that usually means one of the mods is not updated right or is incompatible with forge. Anyone know what up?

Click Options on the launcher and change the memory settings to 1GB, it's either set too low or too high.

If you have a 64bit OS you can also uninstall java 32bit and install java 64bit to resolve the issue.
That would allow you to increase the max memory past 1GB which seems to be the limit for 32bit java.

And in the future, if you can't get something working: uninstall Java and then redownload. More often than not: it's java
