OK to drop my Mindrack world into DW20 or Ultimate packs?

Would there be any problems if I used my already created "world" from the Mindcrack pack with the DW20 or Ultimate pack, has anyone tried doing this?
 
Ultimate should work, DW will most likely cause trouble if you have advanced solars as those have the same Block ID as compact solars...

EDIT: I shouldn't have to mention it, but make a backup before trying. Always make backups.
