Hi guys i recently went to play offline mode and noticed that i am set as a OP by defult and im not sure how to remove it, i dont want a stack of 64 items when i select something i want the recipes How might i go about setting it so its like a normal account on a server?

Change NEI to recipe mode, not cheat mode. You can do this by opening your inventory and changing NEI's settings.
