OceanBlock Poor FPS

I can't make heads or tails of why I have such poor FPS while playing OceanBlock. F3 shows I'm only getting between 3-20 FPS on a new world.

I've turned graphics down to Fast and disabled clouds.

This is my system:
Processor: i7-4790K 4.0GHz
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT
Memory: 16GB RAM
4K Monitor.
Storage: SSD

Any suggestions on what I should look at? I know my CPU is a little old but I didn't think I would have this many issues.

Issue is AMD drivers - try turning off MipMap (in Options/Video Settings...)
