Ocean block FPS

I have played many mod packs before. Most requires more then oceanblock. But for some reason when I play it through the FTB app my fps drops. It uses the internal GPU instead of my NVIDIA card. Anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?

i7 processor
GTX 2060 super GPU
32g of ram and I allocate 10
