I'm playing FTB Unleashed with all its mods enabled and Useful Food added in. I'm also using the Soartex Fanver texture pack patched with all the pack's mods I could find. Previously, I tried using BDcraft 64x with as many mod textures for my pack I could find in the same resolution, but for some reason, my Nvidia drivers tells me that my system doesn't fill the system requirements for the game when I start it up with my BDcraft textures loaded. My system specs are:
AMD Phenom II X4 955 3.20 GHz Processor
8.00 GB RAM
Windows 7 Pro 64-bit
GeForce 9800 GT Video Card
I usually tell my FTB client to allocate 4GB of RAM. I have a 64bit version of Java installed on my system. I usually run the game while my web browser is running also; hasn't caused problems before. I've played FTB Ultimate before with similar settings, textures, and a few extra mods without difficulties of this kind. Occasionally, I get the same system requirement error while using Soartex, but only when I have some other program running, like MS Word.
I want to be able to use BDcraft textures with my pack, and I've tried to down scale the textures. I got other crash errors upon activating the 32x textures. Why can't I use 64x BDcraft again? Is there a way to solve this that I'm missing?
