Hi!

I have 2 issues with my first nuclearcraft reactor. Basic reactor 3x3x3, 8 reactor cells, 8 lapis coolers and 4 glowstone coolers.

First issue, it produce 186H/T, and therefore will make the reactor meltdown at some point. I'm trying to find a way to cool it down enough, but can't find any as I don't have access to advanced cooler yet. Any way to make sure my house doesn't blow up?

Second issue, I've crafted quite a lot of fuel rod (LEU-235), 19 I think, put them in the reactor... and they all disappeared, only one was left. Were they used for the reactor, or is it a bug of some sort?

Thanks!

Quite possibly a bug, the dev has been releasing a lot of changes lately.

If you don't get a response in a timely manner I recommend you hop onto his discord channel which is very active (dev is there very regularly)

Thanks for the answer, I'll keep the discord idea in mind for another question, as I found a solution by myself ^^

As far as regulating a reactor goes, it would probably be best to set up a redstone contraption using comparators in order to make sure the reactor doesn't blow up. Here is a screenshot of what I used in FTB Revelation:

Here you can (hopefully) see that I have a comparator hooked up to the reactor that feeds into a signal inverter. This is the circuit that regulates the temperature. As the reactor heats up the comparator outputs a signal. The redstone torch inverts it, thereby cutting off the signal and turning off the reactor. The lever there is a manual off switch so that I can turn the reactor off at any time. The long line of redstone circling around is is a circuit to turn the reactor off when the power cells are almost full so that I'm not wasting power.
