lol, no. Use better nuclear design without coolant cells or even better - build ultimate hybrid solar panels :D

Yes you can pump in coolant cells. If you have redpower installed, you can use a filter on a chest to a tube that leads into the reactor, or if you have logistics pipes you can just supply coolant cells. With thaumcraft you can have golems keep it stocked, or with Computercraft have turtles tend to the cells.

This is what I have loved about mods for so long. So many options, :p You could probably even figure out a sneaky way of doing this with BC and gates and pipes and engines and such. lol
