Nuclear Reactor Output problem

I have an array of 9 nuclear reactors but all the reactors are only outputting about 20eu/t (fluctuates) instead of the 100eu/t that the gregtech computercube says. I have another reactor in my old house, same set up, which outputs the 100 eu/t. Quite confused, please help.
