I can't seem to find an answer to this question anywhere, how hot will a Nuclear Reactor get before exploding? I have a reactor with 6 reactor chambers around it. What is the max heat before a reactor meltdown?

as whizzball stated, 10000. reactor chambers don't effect the heat limit. however if you want to increase the limit you can add plating inside of your reactor.

for more information on plating, i point you to here: http://wiki.industrial-craft.net/index.php?title=Nuclear_Reactor where you should have looked first.
I have a shit load of overclocked heat vents, component heat vents, and component heat exchanges and 4 180k helium coolant cells. My 4 quad uranium cells aren't decaying at all?

Apply a Redstone signal.

(And make sure you have all your heat-disappating stuff first, I'm not responsible if my advice exchanges your base with a crater.)
