Windows .jar Not loading mods, tried the trouble shooting already

This log isn't really telling much at all.
Exept that you like to close minecraft by using the x in the upper corner instead of the menu i think?
I asume you've tried a fresh install in a clean folder?

Yes i have. I do normally use the x. Should i show the log for the first half, before you click launch?
Edit: I just looked and i followed through your instructions you have. It let me launch then instead of having a black screen, but still no mods. GAHH. :{P

There should be an error log from forge mod loader at "[your launcher folder]\FTBBETAA\minecraft\ForgeModLoader-client-X.log".
Could you post that one? Can't promise anything but i believe that one should hold information more relevant for this issue.

a direct download would seem that it would help. If it would download of course. I have spent the past 15 refreshing and waiting a bits to try to get it downloaded

Are you using a scriptblocker for your browser?
What anti virus and firewall are you using?
Would it happen to be norton or AVG?

It downloaded now. but I have windows, Java 7u9, 32bit and x86[DOUBLEPOST=1353285561][/DOUBLEPOST]

I don't use scriptblockers, I have norton, but I have never had problems with tekkit/technic or otherwise. I have configured my firewall for optimal minecraft-i-ness :{D

So it's working?
Norton will cause problems after updates, so make sure you disable it while trying to update.
Also, don't allocate more than 1 gb of since you have 32 bit ;)

Edit: yea, i guess it is working, unless I need to allocate some things in certain places

Progress is progress!
Did you have norton disabled now? (you don't need to have it disabled all the time, just during updates as far as i know)
Could you post the error log that is beeing linked in the error message?

Your desktop is scary. You should clean that up.

But it's in ForgeModLoader log that's found in FTB->minecraft

Miss i am sorry. would you like to see the other screen? i have cleaned both sides about 7 times in the past 5 days :{P[DOUBLEPOST=1353286813][/DOUBLEPOST]

Main part: It doesn't even have that i don't think (the FTB->minecraft)

Go to the folder you installed the launcher to. Click on FTBBETAA then go to minecraft
You want the file: ForgeModLoader-client-0.log

Exactly. I never play minecraft anymore without mods, forgemods more spicifically, and I know of this file very well. Again, (sorry if this sounds rude, but) IT DID NOT GENERATE THIS FILE for whatever CRAZY reason that forge desided about at that moment
