Request No Tesseracts in FTB Ultimate Reloaded?

Is there a good reason why the new version of the classic Ultimate doesnt have the tesseracts from the Thermal Expansion Mod?

I know that they existed in the Mc 1.4.7 Version of the Modpack (I used them).

Is it possible to re-add them?
