No Such item error

[HAFMC]

I been trying to add a mod to the current mod pack however when i do it shows up in NEI and is craftable but i cant remove the item from the crafting table nor just give it to myself, in NEI i get no such item and thats it. Any Idea how to fix that up? It is also affecting alchemedis ships mod as well as IC2 mod. many thanks in advance for any help provided.

Did you put it in serverside? It has to be on both client AND server.

yeah i did, but i renamed the jar back to ftbserver then back to mcpc-plus again and it worked out :/
