Title No Sounds In Any Modpack

Modpack All (FTB Ultimate Recommended Version used as example)

Modpack version Recommended

Have you modified the pack? No

Details of the issue The launcher cannot access any of the required sound files do to an HTTP 403 error to s3.amazonaws.com. While FTB Ultimate is used as an example, the same results occur on any modpack I download. Fresh install used to eliminate any interference, and ignore the failed login attemt, just me being stupid! :p

Did you test any newer modpacks? If you did which mc versions?

I tested Space Astronomy MCv1.7.10 with similar results. I'll get a log uploaded as soon as I can.
