No RAM memory

Hello there!
I am about to start up a FTB server for me and my brothers. But I seem to run in to the same problem as many before me. When I start up the server it rejects me and says that there's not enough RAM memory, Java heap space. Even tho I have edited the .Bat file to take 8 gig of RAM memory.

Any ideas?

if you only have Java 32 bit installed on a 64 bit system, or you only have a 32 bit system, you wont be able to allocate more than 1GB or ram to it.
Download java 64 HERE if your system is capable of using it
