Details of the issue This has been happening a few days now.

I start to load any pack and if it has been in fullscreen mode, it throws this error.

I've rolled back drivers and re updated them but still happens.

This started to happen after I updated my driver to nvidia's latest and it set my resolution to 4K (brought a 4K tv not long ago)

I reset it back to a res that I can actually see apps at and then the rest is history.

I tried getting help from FTBcrashes reddit but all I got was don't go fullscreen and I'm hoping someone can at least help me out a little bit.
