Bug No one can vote on my server

why cant anyone vote on this link, i tried like 40+ people everyone says there is no where to vote? what do i do?

Jeeze man... Even North Korea has votes. Sure, there's usually only one candidate and to not vote is considered treason. But they still vote.
Then again never for the supreme leader just mayors and officials.
