No oil in the Direwolf20 world

I've been playing around in the Direwolf20 world and noticed that there was no oil anywhere around, even where Direwolf found some. I started flying around and still no oil. Running the latest version of the pack with default configs. Thanks in advance!

The oil is sorta random, villages are based of of seeds and mods. If you want to make sure you can find them again, load the version of the DW20 modpack that the map was made with...

The problem is that I have found no oil AT ALL. Any tips to finding some?
