No modpacks will launch

Details of the issue:

I am very noob at this, so pardon my terrible minecraft/pc-vocabulary.

Ive installed several modpacks to my Curse profile. Ive pressed play on all, and they all come to the vanilla launcher where i again press play, and it starts to load. Two of them load half way or almost entirely, then stops, and the "doesn't answer"-thing comes up. The other one says something is wrong, but since there are mods installed, they cant fix it (after its tried to load, i get redirected back to the vanilla launcher and this message comes up on the top).
Besides, it takes almost 7-10 minutes for it to load (and not even completely), on all the modpacks.

I have the right Java installed (64-bit java to my 64-bit PC), my installed RAM is 8, and ive made it to 5 through the system information advanced details thing-a-ma-jig.

What is wrong?​

Go to the laucher settings and increase memory allocated to Minecraft. 4gigs is usually the recommeneded maximum.
