no modpack back date?

I play on a small private server and updated the direwolf20 modpack to V4 and am now unable to access the server, I am posting this to suggest that a feature or method to back date the modpacks should be added or for someone to tell me that I’m an idiot and there already a way to back date.

select pack --> edit modpack --> Versions --> v3 (or whatever the servers on)

also, in the next update, this functionality will have moved to the main page on the modpacks tab
