No Mass Fabricator on FTB Ultimate Reloaded Server. No Gregtech folder either

I want to enable the mass fabricator on my server, However I do not have Gregtech. I have TechReborn and tried to search in that folder to enable the mass fabricator but i couldn't. The matter fabricator is very very expensive. Is it there a solution to this? Is the GregTech under a different name?

This is my FTB Ultimate Reloaded Server.
I've also added TreeCapitator to the server, but i don't think that will have anything to do with it.

I've had a good look around the configs for Ultimate Reloaded and I can't find it either! Apologies :(
