Windows .exe No IC2 sound again. [solved]

running FTB unleashed v1.1.7 mincraft version 1.5.2 on a windows.exe

For some reason after taking the latest update to the above i have stopped getting sounds for my jetpack and macarator so guessing its a IC2 thing. How would i go about turning the sound back on? has it just been disabled or was there a bug? cant seem to search anything on this.

Check the config, ic2.cfg, file to see if it has been turned off.

Every time you update the configs will be reloaded and anything you changed is gone

Thank you very much @LordDrache for your help. I remember turning it on a long time ago just presumed my configs were carried over when updating.

Line 131 in ic2.cfg if anyone else is looking at this as you have same problem.
