no fluiducts?

I got the direwolf20 1.7.10 pack and there's the termal expansion installed but i cant craft the fluiducts and i cant find them in the nei.
Need help with that.

All Thermal expansion ducts are being rewritten. You can use conduits from EnderIO or Pipes from Buildcraft or the Extra Utilities ones.

what does that mean? and can i enable them?

It means they aren't in the current Thermal Expansion. They were removed and will be in their own mod called Thermal Dynamics when they are finished.
