I just started a thread in the tech support area. When I pressed the submit button it greyed out for a few seconds. Then turned red again. Thinking that the transmission failed I hit the button again. After that didn't work I checked the forum section and a thread had been created for both button presses. I have deleted one of them.
No confirmation on new thread.
