Bug No assets downloaded on older minecraft versions

Cant play FTB packs with sound - no assets can be downloaded with teh game. I recieving many download errors in the logs.
Here's one of teh errors:

Its on teh MindCrafk modpack. Simuilar DL errors you can get on the other old modpacks.
