Windows .exe No 1.6.4 modpacks launch

Everything else loads fine, it's only any 1.6.4 packs that don't launch at all.
I feel I'll need to change to a 64 bit OS, but that can wait a few days before I upgrade, because I already intend to.

Well in that log you're trying to launcher Unhinged Beta, which isn't the recommended version of Unhinged.
Presently, FTB Lite 2 is the only 1.6.4 mod pack recommended for 32 bit use.

Well, the funny thing is, I was attempting to launch the Monster pack.
I honestly don't rightly care what's recommended as long as it works.

Monster will not work (properly) on a 32 bit system.
Your only option is FTB Lite 2.
