Nitor and turtles

So I wanted to automate nitor making so I had a turtle dropping coal and torches in a crucible and clicking it with a wand. The problem is the nitor doesn't show up in the turtle's inventory or on the ground or anywhere. Is there some way of retrieving the nitor or will it be forever lost?

If it is actually producing nitor, put a wooden golem on a chest somewhere near the crucible and it should pick up the items created. The only other thing I can think of if that isn't working is that ComputerCraft and Thaumcraft don't have the best interaction yet. I use a Pickaxe of the Core as my main mining tool, and when I mine a turtle, my game crashes. So if that issue were to spread across the rest of the mod, then the turtle isn't actually creating the nitor due to incompatibility.
