whenever i try to download the mod pack it finishes it and starts minecraft but none of the mods are working and then when i try to re launch new world it tells me to download the exact same thing ive already downloaded. does anyone know why this is happening.

We need logs to be sure what the problem is. Please post a console log in debug mode to pastebin.com and link to it here. Look here for more info about the logs.
