New World Modpack Version 6.4.1 FML fatal error

Whenever my friend launches the New World Modpack he gets, "There was a fatal error when starting up Minecraft in FML". He can launch other FTB modpacks just fine its just the New World Modpack that he gets this error. Please help.

1. I can't give any logs atm due to the guy going to sleep.
2. Of course he is connected to the internet. That question is pretty much just dumb. He spent forever on google trying to find a solution, but he had no luck.

Also it seems to happen only for this modpack, any idea on how to fix it?

1. Please use pastebin.com for putting up logs, then link it here.
2. First read the Basic Troubleshooting guide.
3. FTB server only hosts the mods and config files. The minecraft.jar is downloaded from Minecraft.net after authentication, while all other libraries are downloaded by Forge.
Forge guys host their own server, but a lot of people (pretty much everyone who installs FTB) uses their bandwith.
Tl;Dr; You just have bad luck. Try reinstalling the launcher correctly, making sure you have admin rights on Windows, and hope that files.minecraftforge.net is up.

Also:

There were errors during initial FML setup. Some files failed to download or were otherwise corrupted. You will need to manually obtain the following files from these download links and ensure your lib directory is clean.
