Detailed description of the issue / how can the issue be recreated: FTB crashes and freezes.

Did you download the correct version of optifine?
Did you put optifine in the correct folder?
Did your minecraft run smoothly before you put in the new mods?
How much memory are you allocating?
Are the other mods compatible with the new forage you put in (versions synced up)?
Are you able to get any logs from the Crash Reports folder in the DW20 pack? Also does anything appear in the Console Window (you may need to enable this in the Launcher Option Tab)? If you can get hold of either of these and then post them to pastebin that we'll have a read through.
