1st of All I am sorry If I posted this in the wrong area. I'm new to this and I have been searching for the answers to my questions but they keep evading or I'm just not understanding what I am finding 
I love FTB and I want to run a private server for a few of my friends and son. I am looking for some mods that I would be able to give out permissions and one that does like a town protection. I am familiar with Bukkit's versions but I have never ran a Vanilla Style Server. Please help me out and throw me a bone

Town Protection - A way to set protections like Towny or WorldEdit Regions.
