Problem New to ftb and servers

I'm new to FTB and servers. I am running a server from my pc for a friend and I to play together.

Today the FTB Mindcrack pack updated and now I get a message "Forge Mod Loader could nopt connect to this server. The mods and versions listed below could not be found".

How do I update my server?

This is what I would do if I were you. Open the FTB Launcher and make sure you have the correct version of the modpack you want selected and then download the server file. Make a new folder and open and run this file. Start up this server and let it create the files and new world. Shut it down. If you already have a world you have started move that over and delete the one that was just created. Copy over the server.properties file and there you go. Some people like to copy over config files and such, but I don't change mine so it's no big deal. I hope this helps. FYI: There's probably a better way, this is just what I do.
