New Server but will not start

Here is the log

Basically once it starts to initiate I get a reapeated:

Unknown command. Type "/help" for help.


I am running a linux server
 
Does it work without Cauldron? I'd try to use a little older version of Cauldron.

Thank you for reply. I used KCauldron-1.7.10-1517.166 which is 2 versions back and I am getting the same thing as before. The log looks exactly the same. I will try and older version beyond that if you would like to provide a version # you know is working.

I did search Google and found this, but I am not sure on exactly what to look for.

I ran the server without Kcauldron and it look to come up. I could not access it from minecraft (another issue altogether). When i added Kcauldron back it failed like the issue above. This was with 2 separate versions of Kcauldron.
 
The second link has instructions to fix the issue. If that doesn't work, Infinity evolved uses Forge 1448 so I'd try a kcauldron version that uses the same Forge version.

Do you have any automated tasks that should execute any commands?
 
Yes, I created a docker to run server ./start-server.sh start & ./start-server.sh stop as well as remove and create
 
Does the server start as it should if you run the server-start.sh from the terminal?
