Recently I've been playing through 1.4.2 servers (vanilla ofc) using a system i like to call Omega Squad.
The idea is Similar to a clan but with several trusted Players in charge of other players. These trusted players are called Officers, and each one can have up to 3 lower players under his/her command with a hierarchy as follows
Omega Squad Leader(cisco056)
3-4 officers (depending on #of recruits)
And the rest of the players.
All officers are pre-screened and have specialty areas(Pvp, Building, raiding, Wiring, Mining, Farming)
Maturity is recommended if you want to advance up the ranks
Add Cisco-056 on skype if you're interested, message any special skills, why you want to join, and what rank you think you deserve and why.
we already have 2 officers locked in and we need new recruits, low level encouraged most of the officers are skilled teachers and can answer any questions.
