New laptop, old Infinity, console spam *fixed?*

Details of the issue:

The server I'm on is running Infinity 1.10.1. I've gotten a new laptop and did fresh install of the launcher, set it to download FTB Infinity v 1.10.1.

Laptop specs:
i7
64bit OS
12gigs ram
Dedicated nVida 840m graphics card, latest drivers
Java 8u66 64bit installed

After multiple tries, copying my infinity folder from my main computer and much hair pulling, it finally launched, but the console is being consistently spammed with the following:

[08:03:33] [Client thread/ERROR]: 1280: Invalid enum
[08:03:33] [Client thread/ERROR]: ########## GL ERROR ##########
[08:03:33] [Client thread/ERROR]: @ Post render

Over and over, and over... To the point where scrolling down on the console can not keep up.

Any ideas?​

*update*

A full restart of my laptop seems to have made the spam go away....

I'm thinking it's a graphics driver error or crash
