Windows .exe new horizons modpack not visible in ftb launcher

I have tried all the recently updated versions of the ftb launcher (1.2.7, 1.2.8 and 1.2.9) and I am not able to see the new horizons modpack in the modpack list, I have tried deleting all files related to ftb and re-downloading the launcher but it still won't appear.
