New Direwolf20 Pack Bug for 1.6.4

When I updated the Pack this morning I got this error when it loaded up

Delete duplicate mod. If you can not find in a launcher, then find and delete from your minecraft mod folder
These are:
TConstruct_1.6.4_1.5.1.jar
ThaumicTinkerer 2.0-38.jar

I did that and it still didnt help it just redownloads that mods.

Click edit modpack. Find any dupliacate and disable mod.

Ps: I am using Direwolf 1.0.2 pack and i have not any issues

Yeah that really helped thanks all i had to do was delete my ftb folder in my appdata folder why this happened i have not idea after the pack updated but thank you very much.
