Never ending ID mismatch

Im making a server on New world 0.0.1 and every time I try to join is says, "ID 30499 is mismatched between world and game" I've re-downloaded the mods and config on both but it ALWAYS gives me this, If someone can tell me the mod, and where the ID is located and change it, it would be great. Also, if you have another solution please tell me.

Found it in the /config/aroma1997/Aroma1997s Dimension.cfg Check here for missmatched IDs as opposed to ID Conflicts.

I found that in my FTB folder, but not the server, so what do I do? Should I change it in my config, or make the folder in the config of the server?

just tried the make a file for the config, didnt work

Fixed it, had to delete the mod
