Netherrack Transportation Options?

I want to make a cheap-esk diamond factory that will work fairly quickly. What I'm thinking is macerating netherrack into dust and then centrifuging that for the coal dust. The thing is, I want it to be in the overworld, but have quarries set up in the Nether for mass collection (I also want a tin farm which will use netherrack too).
My question is:
What is the best/easiest/cheap automated way to get mass Netherrack into the overworld?
Also, if anyone has any good layouts for such a factory, I'd love to hear any tips.

Best: enderchests
easiest: enderchests
cheap: drop in a mystcraft portal with an obsidian pipe to pick up in the overworld.

Yup. Much like Evil Hamster said, make a quarry/filler to break blocks in the nether and dump the netherrack into an ender chest. Make the same colored enderchest in the overworld with your machines taking netherrack out of that chest. Profit!
